German retail company Lidl goes further with plans to expand its operations in Baltics and opens its presence in Latvia and Estonia.
To support these challenging plans, the company was looking for Payroll and HR Solutions from professional provider able to ensure local legislation and GDPR compliance in all Baltic countries, go through the implementation process, deliver Solutions in SaaS model while matching high Lidl’ data protection requirements and provide further Solution ongoing support. Resulted Solution will be integrated with the corporate SAP system.
