Please introduce yourself and share your role at AGroup.
Hi! I’m Aleksandra Anufrijeva, Head of Implementation. I started my journey at AGroup 6.5 years ago as a consultant and have grown alongside the company, gaining new knowledge and experience while building my career path every day.
What excites you the most about working with HRB Portal?
As a former HR professional, I truly admire all the possibilities the HRB Portal offers: easy data collection for analysis, digital processes that eliminate the need for countless Excel files and sticky note reminders, automated data verification, and much more. I wish I had such a powerful tool when I was working as an HR specialist!
What are some of the biggest challenges you face in your role, and how do you overcome them?
One of the biggest challenges is that every customer has unique business specifics that must be reflected in the HRB Portal. In all my years at AGroup, I’ve never encountered two identical business processes across different companies. I’m very proud that the HRB Portal can be customized to best suit our customers’ needs and meet their expectations.
What’s the most exciting project you’ve worked on so far at AGroup?
Every project is unique and offers the opportunity to learn something new. One that stands out is the Toyota Material Handling implementation project. Due to external circumstances, we had to shorten the implementation timeline by two months and launch much earlier than initially planned—and we did it! This wouldn’t have been possible without excellent teamwork and effective collaboration with the customer.
What’s one fun fact about your team/company/HRB Portal that people might not know?
The testing phase can be quite challenging, especially when complex processes need to be designed and verified to ensure everything works correctly. When several colleagues are involved in testing, we often use memes or funny pictures as placeholders for documents in the HRB Portal. This way, the next person reviewing the testing results gets a little surprise and a smile.
Let’s say warm thanks to Aleksandra for sharing her story and please stay tuned as we introduce more people who are shaping the future of HR tech!
