My name is Ilana Ardashnikova. I am Junior Solution Technical Specialist, and I joined AGroup on 03/03/2025.
How did you first hear about AGroup?
I heard about AGroup from my friend and fellow student.
What made you decide to join AGroup?
Based on my friend’s recommendations and further research, I learnt that AGroup has a great team culture, is growing and innovating in HR tech solutions, and works across several countries. All of that really resonated with me.
If you could describe AGroup in three words, what would they be?
Forward-thinking, supportive, dynamic.
What advice would you give to someone considering joining AGroup?
Come with an open mind, be ready to adapt, and don’t be afraid to ask questions 🙂
