Through network – a friend who was already working in AGroup, introduced the company and available job positions.
What made you decide to join AGroup?
Positive attitude of the people in first meetups and great environment to learn and grow as it was the beginning of my career.
If you could describe AGroup in three words, what would they be?
Communication, Innovative, Implementation.
What advice would you give to someone considering joining AGroup?
I believe, AGroup is the place, where communicating the challenges you face with teammates and getting insights from them, plays an important role in turning into an important player in the team. Because of this, my advice would be – not to hesitate to ask questions about your difficulties or discuss them with your teammates. Product knowledge is crucial here and because of that constant communication and learning will help you to master your job and blend into the team faster.
