AGroup and GlaxoSmithKlein, one of the major glabal pharmaceutical companies, are pleased to announce the companies will work on a unified processing centre on the basis of HRB HR software system which will automate HR management processes. GlaxoSmithKlein worldwide office network as well as necessity of centralized unified HR system were the reasons to have such a processing centre.
Unified processing centre project is planned to be completed by the beginning of 2011. Both AGroup experts and GlaxoSmithKlein specialists will be involved in this project, and it will allow addressing as many client’s special requirements for functional aspect of the processing centre as possible. Creation of unified processing centre and standard HR system is essentially aimed at streamlining HR-processes, increasing system’s functionality, complying accurately with information security requirements, optimizing IT support for HR management solution.
The processing centre shall solve the following tasks:
- HR management and administration.
- Payroll and payments calculation.
- Mandatory state and company internal reports forming.
- Transfer of calculation results to major finance system.
HR and accountant department employees will be able to enter relevant information into the unified database and initiate necessary HR processes. The unified automated system will contain local Russian and Ukrainian legal requirements for payroll calculation and taxation.
