3 major events: 1st Global Employee Benefits Conference in Russia, HR-Directors Forum Tactics and strategy of personnel management 2015, and HR Forum 2015

  1. Alexander Snurnitsyn – CEO of AGroup – gave a presentation “Reshaping corporate benefits model into benefits marketplace” at the 1st Global Employee Benefits Conference in Russia held on October 1, 2015 in Russia, Moscow,  at InterContinental Hotel.
  2. The General Director of the Moscow Office-Denis Chalov gave a presentation “History of one family. Your employee viewpoint on employee benefits” at the HR-Directors Forum Tactics and strategy of personnel management 2015 held on 22nd-23rd of October in Russia, Моscow, Holiday Inn Suchevsky.
  3. During the HR Forum 2015 held on the 3rd of December in Russia, Moscow, Swissotel Conference centre presented during Foresight session “Efficiency management in HR” “Company efficiency management through involvement and right motivation of employees”.

Presentations were based on AGroup work experience with HR-managers of leading Russian and Western companies – leaders in the field of human capital management, many of them applying solutions of AGroup already for a long time. The key teachings from the presentations were how to set up successful corporate benefits policy that increases personnel’s motivation without inflating companies’ compensation budgets – the most crucial matter at hand in times of high competition and slow economic growth.

Alexander Snurnitsyn – CEO of AGroup – also taking part in the conferences and plenary discussions noted that this problem is seen as current by most HR managers. He was pleased about the large number of participants in all of the sessions that actively participated in the discussions. Listeners showed great interest in AGroup solution for employee benefits administration and employee benefits marketplace BENEFACTORY.
