AGroup has a tradition to celebrate New Year and company’s upcoming birthday together with the team in January.
Each year the event is in a different place or sometimes even in a different country. Through the year’s, the team has visited several countries and you may have had a read regards these trips from our website.
This year, we had something special planned again. A whole castle was booked only for us. The Birini castle in Latvia. The castle is surrounded by a picturesque park, lakes and manor buildings. The venue and its surroundings were absolutely picture perfect.
The event had a theme – Glitter & Glam and everybody had truly made an effort with their outfits. We had a nice dinner and each department had a task to prepare one activity or a game for the evening. Honestly, we have a dream team because the activities were so fun and interesting!
And on top of everything, we had a chance to write and draw on the walls. Some wrote and draw super funny things, while others wrote some inspirational quotes. And then, we had to dance the night away. The DJ was playing our favourite songs and the dance floor was on fire. I think there was not a team member who didn’t dance on that night!
The castle also has a pool and a sauna and braver ones went into spa “mode” for the rest of the night. Some were partying until 8am.
Doesn’t it sound like the greatest party of all times?
