People behind Software: Konrad Ziółkowski

At AGroup, we believe that great HR technology is built by great people. This series showcases the talented minds behind HRB Portal – the developers, consultants, and experts who bring our solutions to life.

By sharing their stories, we’re putting a human face to our software, building trust with our customers, and showing the passion that drives our innovation. It’s also a way to highlight our company culture and attract top talent who share our vision.

Please introduce yourself and share your role at AGroup.

Hi, my name is Konrad and at AGroup I am responsible for the business side and development of the Polish market.

What excites you the most about working with HRB Portal?

I focus on the user side, so the most interesting aspects for me are new functionalities systematically added to the system and user experience.

What are some of the biggest challenges you face in your role, and how do you overcome them?

For me, the biggest challenges are the challenges our customers face. I am the link between the end users of HRB Portal and the team working on the development of our system. I need to properly recognize and understand the problems customers are struggling with and effectively communicate them further so that we can quickly and accurately come back with a solution.

What’s the most exciting project you’ve worked on so far at AGroup?

Each new topic is incredibly interesting, it’s hard to choose one. We are currently working on cooperation with a large client in Poland, one of the largest drugstore chains. The issues we work with in this process are very complex and non-standard, which means that you have to show a lot of flexibility.

What’s one fun fact about your team/company/HRB Portal that people might not know?

It’s interesting that the team I work closely with consists of extremely experienced people who have spent most of their professional lives in the company. The shortest tenure is 10 years, and I’m only just finishing my 1st year at AGroup.

Let’s say warm thanks to Konrad for sharing his story and please stay tuned as we introduce more people who are shaping the future of HR tech!
