Hello, I am Ksenija Ivanova, Chief Executive Officer at AGroup, and I have the privilege of leading a team dedicated to delivering HR, T&M, and Payroll solutions that empower our customers’ team members in their daily work and enhance workforce management.
What excites you the most about working with HRB Portal?
What excites me most about the HRB Portal is seeing how our solution helps companies automate operations, improve efficiency through a highly integrated system, and enhance employee engagement. It’s not just about technology—it’s about making a real difference in how businesses manage their people.
What are some of the biggest challenges you face in your role, and how do you overcome them?
As CEO, one of my biggest challenges is keeping up with fast-changing technology while staying aligned with industry trends. The key is to stay connected to our customers’ evolving needs and build a strong, flexible team. Working together, making smart decisions, and staying adaptable help, us overcome this challenge.
What’s the most exciting project you’ve worked on so far at AGroup?
All our projects are exciting! With every new customer, we expand the HRB Portal’s capabilities to meet the growing needs of businesses in different markets. Whether it’s adding automation, improving compliance tools, or creating new integrations, each step forward brings new opportunities to make an impact.
