One of the leaders of the retail insurance market and compulsory pension provision – “Russian Standard Insurance” expands the capabilities of the Benefit Administration module implemented in 2013. Now in Employee Benefits Centre of the corporate portal company employees can choose and purchase insurance products provided by their company for themselves and their family, i.e. voluntary medical insurance, accident and sickness insurance, travel insurance, at a fair discount.
Upon completion of the second stage of the project the employees of the company “Russian Standard Insurance ” will be able to purchase different retail products from other AGroup partners, such as insurance companies and banks, at a fair discount as well. This will make it possible for the company to significantly expand the offer of benefits without increasing the social budget. Employees will be able to pay for the products purchased online using bank cards, electronic money and other modern means of online payment without leaving their workplaces.
