In December we kindly asked our customers to fill in a Feedback Questionnaire to gather feedback about HRB Portal. Gathering feedback from customers is crucial in improving Products and Services, Identifying Issues and Opportunities, Building Trust and Credibility and it plays a significant role in the success of business.

The question of recommending HRB Portal to a friend receives a resounding positive response, indicating a high likelihood of endorsement. The AGroup team’s performance is rated exceptionally well in key categories such as Service Quality, Responsiveness, Friendliness, Helpfulness, and Professionalism, all receiving top marks of satisfaction.
The respondents express their satisfaction with the HRB products, highlighting the use of different modules within the HRB Portal. The ratings consistently lean towards Very Satisfied, reflecting a high level of contentment with the services provided. Even in instances where certain modules are not currently in use, the satisfaction levels remain favourable.
