The General Director of the Moscow Office-Denis Chalov gave a presentation “Innovative technologies to increase motivation: Theory and Practice”.
The core of the presentation was based on AGroup work experience with HR-managers of leading Russian and Western companies – leaders in the field of human capital management, many of them applying solutions of AGroup already for a long time.
Alexander Snurnitsyn – CEO of AGroup – also taking part in the conference and plenary discussions noted that participants showed great interest in the new solution of AGroup for the employee benefits administration and cooperation with insurance companies.
Presentation took place with the support of European Regional Development Fund (ERAF).
