GLIMSTEDT together with AGroup conducted a webinar hosted by Latvian Association for People Management on the latest trends in the Latvian legislation. It included the latest valuable updates and topicalities of labor relations:
- workforce motivation in the context of the EU work-life balance directive;
- work conditions on digital platforms: EU Commission proposal for a new directive;
- the draft law – amendments to the Labor Law adopted in the 1st reading on April 28, 2022.
