AGroup joins forces with European software group Everfield.
Riga, 22. September 2023. SIA AGroup (“AGroup”) has closed a strategic deal with Everfield to build a leading Human Resource Management digitalization provider. With the transaction, Everfield acquired 100% of AGroup. The acquisition enables AGroup to invest further in innovation and to accelerate growth with the full support and resources of Everfield. AGroup to especially focus on strengthening the footprint in the Baltic countries and Poland.
AGroup is a leading HRM solution provider in the Baltics and Poland with a specialised offering of solutions for multinational corporates with a distributed workforce, well known under the brand “HRB Portal”. Key parts of the offering are mission critical localized payroll, admin HR, time and attendance, self-service functionality for non-professional users, extended workforce management, “soft” HR modules as well as flexible workflow engine customization and integration capabilities.
