Robert Bosch Baltics chooses the best when it comes to employees – HRB Portal to bring people management to the next level

More and more employers come to decisions that help them optimize their HRM processes.
This isn’t that surprising, given how much more information and work HR services are expected to manage nowadays.

AGroup and Robert Bosch company have implemented HRB Portal for three Baltics countries.

In scope of the project AGroup automated the following HRM processes using HRB Portal:

  • Organization structure and positions management
  • Employees’ compensation management (i.e. timesheet creation)
  • Full Personnel Administration cycle management
  • Time and attendance management
  • Employees and manager’s self-service

HRB Portal could maintain all these processes according to Baltic countries legislation while giving HR Managers unique transparency on regional level.

AGroup and Robert Bosch in Baltics are still working on further system development and HR related process automatization.

Robert Bosch Baltics is local subsidiary of the Bosch Group – a leading global supplier of technology and services. It employs 83 associates (as of December 31, 2016). Bosch Baltica generated sales of 45,5 million euros in 2016. Its operations are divided into four business sectors: Power Tools, Thermotechnology, Security systems and Automotive Aftermarket.
