Benefits drive employee motivation

AGroup conducted a survey of more than 100 companies in order to identify the characteristics and structure of benefits packages that employers offer to their employees, as well as the degree of automation of business processes related to the administration of benefits packages and tools employed.

Survey was conducted in November 2012. The survey participants were companies with headcount ranging from 50 to 100 000 people, with Russian and foreign capital, and operating in different industries.
