Reflecting on my two-year journey as a Marketing Specialist at AGroup, the leading HR software company in the Baltics and Poland, I can’t help but feel incredibly lucky to be part of this amazing company. These two years have been nothing short of transformative, both professionally and personally, and I’m thrilled to share some of the milestones I’ve had the privilege to be part of in 2024, however I have documented my journey before and the posts are up for a read:

This year has offered many exciting things to write about, like our groundbreaking partnership with TrustLynx to integrate the Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) tool into the HRB Portal. This innovation has redefined how organizations manage electronic signatures, providing unparalleled security and compliance for digital transactions. Another major step forward was the launch of the new version of the HRB Mobile app, which brought greater flexibility, an intuitive design, and enhanced features to the fingertips of HR professionals. From leave requests to approvals and essential HR tools, the app has become a true game-changer in modern HR management.
Another proud moment was the HRB Portal Conference 2024 at the stunning National Library of Latvia. This event was a fantastic opportunity to bring together customers, partners, and prospects to discuss the future of HR digitalisation. Seeing the energy and collaboration at the event was inspiring and reaffirmed the impact of our work.
And of course, none of this would be possible without the amazing people I work with. From celebrating wins together to unforgettable moments like our corporate New Year’s party in Istanbul, I’ve come to appreciate not just the work we do but the culture that makes AGroup so special.
